Microfinish, Grinding, Honing, Brush-Deburring on one Machine

With the MicroStar FSH and MicroStar EVO it is finally possible to combine the microfinish process with other machining processes such as interior grinding, taper grinding, honing and brush deburring. This is achieved in one chuck, thereby enabling manufacturers to remain within even the tightest tolerances. As a result, the machiens are especially effective for machining transmission parts such as gear wheels, clutch housings etc. 

MICROSTAR FGH - FINISHING, GRINDING, HONING ON 8 STATIONS

Concept: 

  • Roundtable with up to 8 stations and machine column in center
  • Up to 7 units for finishing, grinding and honing (honing units provided by Gehring Company)
  • Loading / unloading of 1 part parallel to main machining cycle.

MICROSTAR EVO 12 - MACHINING PROCESS COMBINATION ON 12 STATIONS

 

Concept:

  • Roundtable with up to 12 stations and machine column in center
  • Up to 11 machining units for flexible process combinations such as flat finishing, taper grinding, bore grinding, honing, brush-deburring, etc. (honing units provided by Gehring Company)
  • Loading / unloading of up to 4 parts parallel to main machining process
